Lost, stolen or damaged in transit? We'll reship it free. Shipping protection is included on every order, at no cost to you.

How it works

• Email gustify.inc@gmail.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number, and a photo if the package arrived damaged.
• We reship the same order once, free.
• There's no insurance app or extra fee at checkout. We cover it ourselves.

Good to know

• Please check your shipping address before you check out. We can't reship orders sent to an incorrect address.
• Orders ship from the USA in 1 to 2 business days. Most arrive in 3 to 7 business days, with a tracking link by email.
