Overview
These Terms of Service apply to tryevenday.com, operated by Evenday ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Our store is powered by Shopify; your purchase is made with Evenday, not Shopify.

1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be an adult in your place of residence to buy from us. Keep your account login safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. Information you give us must be accurate.

2. Products and health information
CalmLift is a dietary supplement. Content on this site is general information, not medical advice. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the label and warnings before use and talk to your doctor if you take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition. Product images may differ slightly from the product you receive.

3. Orders and prices
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (for example for suspected fraud or a pricing error) and will refund any payment. Prices and promotions can change without notice; you pay the price shown when you order. Every option is a one-time purchase; we don't sell subscriptions.

4. Store credit
Store credit that comes with an order is a promotional benefit, not a gift card. It has the value, minimum order and expiry date shown at purchase, can't be exchanged for cash, and is cancelled if the order it came with is refunded.

5. Shipping, refunds and cancellations
See our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Cancellations pages. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers, and shipping protection covers lost, stolen or damaged packages as described in the Shipping policy.

6. Your use of the site
Use the site lawfully. Don't misuse it, interfere with its security, scrape it or use automated tools to access it without our permission, or submit false information.

7. Intellectual property
The Evenday and CalmLift names, logos, text, images and design of this site belong to us or our licensors. Don't copy or reuse them without written permission.

8. Reviews and feedback
If you send us a review or feedback, you allow us to use it to run and promote our store. Reviews must be honest and your own. We only publish reviews from real customers.

9. Third-party services
We use third-party tools (such as payment processors and carriers) and may link to other sites. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the site and products are provided "as is", and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

11. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms by posting a new version here; changes apply from the posted date. We may suspend access to the site for anyone who breaks these Terms.

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
